Bijoya Mukherji is an Internationally certified Yoga & Mindfulness Coach, who’s transformed her life with Yoga after being diagnosed with debilitating osteoarthritis, at a very young age.

She focuses on gentle somatic exercises for pain & stress release, movement yoga for improved mobility and isometric asanas for improved strength and conditioning.
