Bangladesh has experienced significant economic growth over the past few years, with an average annual GDP growth rate of around 6-7%. The country has a large population and a young workforce, which provides a strong foundation for economic growth.
Bangladesh is one of the few SAARC countries that initiated Digital Bangladesh as early as 2008. Bangladesh has seen significant interest from IT-ITeS players in the recent years. The domestic IT ITeS industry in Bangladesh is currently valued at US$0.9-1.1 billion and is expected to grow five fold to reach US$4.6-4.8 billion by 2025.
It is empowering its resources by its advanced, robust training programs on Intelligent Enterprise, Digital Trust, Cyber Security and SMAC (Social Media, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud) and Robotics. After a significant push from the Bangladesh Government's vision for a 'Digital Bangladesh,' enterprises in Bangladesh have adopted the latest technological advancements to support the government's vision.
The Global Agility Summit will be attended by 200+ executives from SAARC Countries representing various sectors of industry, technology professionals, and members of the investment community, including those in: Executive management, IT, marketing/business development, product management, strategy and planning, financial services, and more.
