Before venturing into entrepreneurship with StrategINK, Vinod garnered extensive experience during his tenure at IDC India and Cybermedia, where he excelled in pivotal roles within the Go-To-Market Services team. His exceptional contributions in sales, marketing, and business development earned him the prestigious distinction of being awarded the Best Employee twice by the organization.
As an alumnus of Amity, Vinod holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration, specializing in IT and Marketing. He completed his undergraduate studies in e-commerce at Indraprastha University in New Delhi. Before starting her entrepreneurial journey, she was engaged with Evalueserve, where she was managing an extended arm of Consumer & Market Insights (C&MI) team for a Global Payment Service Provider & advising internal decision makers . The team was responsible for architecting and delivering solutions for stated business challenges shared by their marketing and C&MI teams spread across the globe.

Santanu has also worked in senior leadership roles in IBM (10 years), EMC, Hewlett-Packard (06 years), Digital-Compaq etc., based out of India & Singapore.

He was previously at IDC (International Data Corporation. In his role, Arjun was responsible for C-Suite engagement around the visualization and adoption of technology for sustainable business and digital transformation (DX). Advisor to both technology vendors and buyers, he has advised organizations across healthcare, banking, automotive, FMCG and manufacturing organizations around orchestrating sustainable enterprise wide transformation. In his previous roles in the Tata Group and telcos like Vodafone and Airtel, Arjun has worked closely with C-Suite executives advising and supporting them in leveraging information & assets for informed strategic decisions on technology as an enabler to Transformation. He has been at the forefront of research across the digital domain, spanning diverse verticals such as media, digital content, Telcos, emerging tech such as CX, RPA, AI, AR/VR and IoT.
He is co-founder of Saarathee, a social impact organization enabling sustainable livelihood for People with Disabilities (PwD); where he leverages and incubates emerging and accessible technology for incremental skilling and empowerment of PwD and consulting advisor to How India Lives [www.howindialives.com]; an Internet-based platform that aims to assimilate a massive amount of public data on India, and make it available in a searchable, comparable and visual format.

Barun is associated with StrategINK as an Advisor and guiding light.
In his last assignment Barun served as Director – Industry Vertical Sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this position he was responsible for overall Enterprise Sales in India across all the verticals – Banking & Finance, Communications, Media & Entertainment, Manufacturing & Distribution Industries and Public Sector & Midmarket Business. He was also responsible for business from Inbound Global Accounts, all amounting to greater than USD 0.75 Billion.
In an earlier role, Barun was Director – Global Industry & Solution Alliances preceded by Director – Enterprise Channel & SMB Business. He served earlier as Director Storage & also Director – Enterprise Server, Storage & Networking Sales for HP. Barun was with Hewlett-Packard for over 21 years (including stints at DEC & Compaq) and held various positions including Director – Business Critical Servers & NonStop Platform, Country Manager – MDI (Manufacturing & Distribution Industry), Location Head – Eastern Region. He has had a solid front-line sales experience as well as handled multiple Product Business Unit roles, Channel Management & Alliances within HP.
Prior to joining HP, Barun had a 7-year stint at Wipro Infotech and a couple of years in IDM Ltd (as Product Manager – GIS Applications). In his tenure at Wipro he worked as Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager for Utilities & Space segment for Technical Systems Division.
Barun also served as Board Member of SNIA (Storage Networking Industry Association) and was recently member of NASSCOM Domestic Council 2017-19 till he left HPE. He is a Committee Member of the CII Eastern Region Chapter for both ICT & Sports Management. He is a visiting faculty member at Praxis Business School, Kolkata.

His expertise in sales performance improvement is around virtual selling, prospecting, insight selling, sales productivity and key account management. He specialises in sales coaching and leadership development in his coaching practice for leaders like CIOs and CROs.
In his corporate experience of over 20 years in HCL, Koushik led large business across products, service and solutions. He has hands-on sales, sales management and P&L experience of complex B2B sales, distribution, channel and retail business. He led the Toshiba mobile computing business that garnered over 10% market share in a highly competitive landscape.
Koushik was the founder member of HCL Career Development Centre and expanded the greenfield to a large service business in three years.
Koushik is also founder of Career Clinic and personally guided undergraduates to suitable careers. He has also advised ICT Support Services company on marketing services for CIOs.
He has been awarded as the Top 100 Influential Coaches of India by World HRD Congress and HR Ascent and Top 100 Leaders by Great Leaders Institute.
Kanchi leads Content strategy for StrategINK. In this role she conducts market analyses, analysing both product/service lines and the overall impact it can lend to a business. She is also responsible for driving associations with CXOs around the adoption and implementation of technology for alignment of Digital Transformation (DX), Employee Experience (EX), Customer Experience (CX), and innovative and sustainable business outcomes.
For StrategINK, she is also responsible for driving growth in the APAC and EMEA regions, as a part of the company's geo-expansion aims, this include improving the content-rich virtual and physical events portfolio, bespoke research, Integrated marketing services, Account Based Marketing, and sales trainings (Masterclass).
She is a skilled Project Management and Content Curation Professional focused on developing digital and social content strategies with a demonstrated history of working in the technology industry for more than 15 years . She carries an expertise spanning research and analysis, business development, product management, client-cantered engagements, and content generation around emerging technologies such as AI, Data Analytics, RPA, AR/VR, cybersecurity and business resilience.
Prior joining StrategINK, she has worked on international conferences with companies like Bloomberg Businessweek (UAE), Exibex (UAE), and UMS Conferences (Oman). She has been instrumental in conceptualizing and executing conferences in the technology and services domains, from the ground up, in the EMEA region.
